Position Title Field Sales Representative
Summary: We are looking for a competitive Field Sales representative to attract new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads and qualifying prospects. This role will promote our Pet Cremation services and the Company’s other services as well, such as Medical Waste and Sharp pickup services. This position will be expected to maintain a daily sales log as it relates to fieldwork to be submitted weekly to the manager and input into our CRM System. This position will be expected to learn and support every aspect of business operations including working with management, admin and drivers. Must always maintain confidentiality and professional attitude. Requires computer skills. This position will cover Northern CA and the Central Valley.
Primary Duties, Responsibilities and Authority:
· Cold call and visit potential customers, recording critical contact information of decision makers including name, address, phone number and e-mails, to be entered into a CRM system
· Research accounts and generate or follow through with sales leads.
· Prevent customer defections by providing a timely, accurate, and exceptional customer service experience to ensure consistent revenue and growth.
· Address and resolve customer concerns with a logical and factual solution-oriented plan. If a serious problem arises, seek feedback and work as a team with management.
· Thoroughness and excellent customer service are always expected both internally and externally.
· Collect information on products and services from field activity and inform proper staff of the Company.
· Maintain a daily sales and miles log to be used in closing business and for accounting expense purposes.
· Present material to potential clients singularly or to groups while utilizing Company approved proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
· Work with manager to write up proposals and secure signed contracts for committed new customers.
· Attend meetings, sales events and training to keep abreast of latest developments in the industry.
· Assist with uncovering competitive information and documenting in CRM.
· Fulfill other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management including sales efforts of the Company’s other services as requested.
· Exemplify a high level of integrity, dedication, and desire to succeed while keeping a positive attitude.
Requirements:
· 3 to 5 years direct sales experience, preferably in the pet or veterinary industries.
· Ability to operate personal computers using Microsoft Office Products and CRM systems.
· Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette and customer relations.
· Time management and organizational skills
Qualifications

- Previous experience in outside sales or B2B sales is a plus
- Ability to analyze data and conduct product demos
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
