Responsibilities
PURPOSE STATEMENT
Recruit, support, and give guidance to physician recruitment initiatives for physician sourcing and recruitment within assigned facilities. Develops and performs physician recruitment strategy utilizing key performance indicators for assigned facilities and searches. Responsible for day-to-day activities of running a full physician recruitment desk.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Sources and refers qualified physician candidates.
Applies physician recruitment strategies in accordance with the needs and goals for assigned facilities and their physician searches.
Communicate physician sourcing strategy to meet facility goals and objectives.
Execute and build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer expectations through a deep understanding of the needs of the facility.
Develop talent networks in targeted areas to turn prospects into candidates.
Represent company at professional trade shows, conferences and job fairs.
Establish successful relationships with universities and residency programs.
Interact with leadership including the hospital CEO’s and facility managers, and internal legal counsel to convey information in a timely manner.
Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the process.
Maintain Physician Recruitment pipeline dashboards for assigned facilities.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
Two year of full-life cycle recruiting.
Behavioral healthcare experience desired.
Knowledge of recruitment practices.
Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of office administration procedures with the ability to operate most standard office equipment.
Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
Exercises sound judgment in responding to HR inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames. Ability to adapt to frequent priority changes.
Capable of working within established policies, procedures and practices prescribed by the organization.
English sufficient to provide and receive instructions/directions.
