The Receptionist/Switchboard position affects the organization, because it is the first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls which contributes largely to the first impression people have of our company.
Responsibilities: Essential Duties

Attends to all visitors and vendors in good manners and determine nature of
Alerts appropriate party/host on visitor arrival or directs visitors to appropriate area, department or
Responds to routine inquiries from internal and external sources, for exempt organization’s location, hours of operations, phone numbers, and email address.
