Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to executive assistants
  • Assist with a wide variety of tasks associated with travel, meetings, and event planning
  • Provide front desk phone support and greet walk-ins
  • Update spreadsheets
  • Compile reports and binders
  • Assist with setting up for meetings and ordering office supplies
  • Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proactive and self-starter attitude
  • Must be a team-oriented individual
  • Must have a legal background, preferably in real estate
  • Willing to work extended hours on a regular basis
