From evaluating sales incentive plans to diagnosing sales force training needs, it’s about improving both the quality and quantity of sales activities.
Coordinate with inside sales leadership to define sales support initiatives for ISR, BDR, and MR team
Define programs and curriculum for reps during onboarding and throughout their tenure
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, Enablement and Product teams.
Train sales team on best use of
marketing enablement materials
sales enablement materials
systems & process materials
Field ad hoc content and support requests from sales team.
Assist on sales calls and demos as needed.
Manage the sales enablement content repository in Syncplicity and SalesIQ and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible
Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs
Experience working in a Sales Environment
Experience working with SalesForce.com or similar CRM
8+ years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business
Experience in the CyberSecurity industry
