Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Senior Associate, Client Service to join our esteemed operations team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience working as a CSA in a wealth management firm and a proven record of providing exceptional client service. As a Senior Client Service Associate, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients while providing support to our wealth management advisors.
This is a hybrid position, currently working Monday and Friday remotely, and Tuesday-Thursday out of our Austin, TX office.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and efficiency.
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
Account Management:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and adherence to compliance protocols.
- Manage client accounts, including processing transactions, executing trades, and maintaining accurate records.
Financial and Strategy Planning Support:
- Collaborate with wealth management advisors to gather client financial information and assist in the development of comprehensive financial presentations.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and analyses to support client meetings and decision-making processes.
Operational Excellence:
- Ensure the smooth operation of daily processes and procedures within the operations department, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, safeguarding client assets and confidential information.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and support to junior client service associates, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to excellence, integrity, and a client-first mentality.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wealth management.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Client Service Associate with knowledge of Charles Schwab or another Broker Dealer
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with Orion or similar portfolio accounting software
- Strong understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and industry regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
