The Contract Processor works as part of a team that is responsible for managing our customer's office equipment service / maintenance contracts. Responsibiliites including maintaining the billing system and completing processes with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage contract administration accurately including: maintenance agreement setup in the database, monitoring contract renewals, assisting with contract revisions, cancellations, contract integrity, and billing
Manage multiple workload queues while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Assist in collecting meter readings (e.g. copiers, printers) and accurate data entry of meters
Efficiently and adequately provide professional customer service to internal and external customers with billing or contract issues.
Assists accounting with maintenance billing issues/discrepancies and escalating issues to management as appropriate to attain problem resolution
Provide support to other Kelley Imaging employees with customer account information which may include billing account history, contract specification details, etc.
Create reports and special billing spreadsheets for major accounts as assigned.

Desired experience, skills and knowledge:
Associates Degree in business or related field or two years in customer service and managing projects / processing contracts or a combination of education and experience.
Ability to complete tasks with a high level of accuracy
Proactively follow up with others to gather information to complete tasks
Motivated by the challenge of resolving complex processes and see them through to completion (solve and complete the puzzle)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables
Ability to read and interpret detailed contracts, procedures and other documentation.
Ability to communicate professionally and effectively in person, through email and over the phone with customers, vendors and other employees.
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
