The Athletics Department at CU Boulder encourages applications for a Football Intern to join our team. This position will work under the supervision of the Football Recruiting Operations Manager and Director of Player Personnel to aid the recruiting efforts of the Universities Football Program. Position will receive experience and education involved with the internal operations of the team's recruiting of potential student-athletes as well as the overall operations associated with a collegiate football program.
This position is responsible for promoting the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program. This shall include adhering to the principles of the Athletic Department’s Mission Statement, Diversity and Inclusion Mission Statement, Core Values, Policies, and Procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Pac 12 Conference and the NCAA.

What Your Key Responsibilities Will Be
Evaluate Academic Progress
Review/Grade initial HS transcript evaluations to assess academic status.
Correspond with HS counselors to secure transcripts.
Complete paperwork and communicate with Herbst Academic Center about PSAs' academic status.
Create player highlights.
Create cut-ups for coaching staff evaluations.
Participate in the creation and management of the Recruiting Board and individual player tags.
Will assist Football Graphic Designer with design projects related to digital and social media needs as well as other recruiting communications.
Assist with planning and execution of unofficial and official recruit visits to campus.
Host prospective student-athletes during home football games.

What We Require
Bachelor's Degree or Collegiate Football Experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may substitute.
What You Will Need

Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
What We Would Like You To Have
General football knowledge as it pertains to positions, verbiage, history, scheduling, etc.
Sports specific digital design experience.
Basic skills in Digital Photography and Videography Illustration, drawing and fine art.
