Candidate must have the ability to follow developed lesson plans and perform classroom management duties in the absence of the regular classroom teacher. Employees will self-schedule to teach various K-12 classes and subjects at selected Charter School locations in Las Vegas and Reno, Nevada. Choose to work one day per week or longer term sub-assignments, as available. The restriction on the number of days an emergency substitute can work is waived at this time.

QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must apply for a Substitute Teaching License through the Nevada Department of Education by completing the educator licensure application below, obtain fingerprints for a Federal Background Check and provide a copy of a high school diploma or equivalent. The fees for a Nevada Substitute Teacher License is $180.00.
