The CGPMO leads all NGA compartmented development activities to deliver the capabilities that close some of the nation’s most sensitive and hardest intelligence gaps. The CGPMO responsibilities cover worldwide time-dominant and mission critical operations and functional and regional areas including Space/Counter-Space, Hard Targets, Counterproliferation, and Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon (UAP). This position is responsible for leading the compartmented GEOINT TPED tool integration within the multi-level security (MLS) high performance compute (HPC) environment. The Program Manager will lead acquisition efforts for multiple acquisition projects including but not limited to Tasking, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination infrastructure for both the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense TCPED for space and counterspace. The incumbent in the position assures geospatial-intelligence superiority through acquisition, development, integration, sustainment, and evolution of mission critical compartmented tools.
Specific duties of this position include:
Managing plans and activities in accordance with the cost/schedule/performance baseline as reflected in the approved program management plans.
In close coordination with the individual PMs, CORs, and COs, ensure timely negotiation of Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), task order delivery requirements, and implementation of approved contractual changes.
Coordinate with Products Owners for development of all tools
Maintain capability needs and requirements for the high-performance compute and virtual private cloud infrastructure baseline hosted at contractor facilities.
Maintain and evolve integration plans and measures of success for compartmented tool integration in the HPC Ground enclaves.
Identify opportunities for increased program efficiency that result in measurable cost savings.
Participate in Compartmented GEOINT integration activities- specifically technical reviews, integration IPT's, and be able to help measure progress against integration requirements for tasking, storing, and processing of sensor data.
