About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Manager will appreciate the opportunity to offer creative input and take ownership of critical initiatives. S/he will work closely with key stakeholders across campuses and has a passion for growth-hacking new areas of an expanding business.
Description:
Tech Elevator is seeking an inbound marketer to drive the growth of the Tech Elevator brand. The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely driven and goal-oriented, will thrive in a fast-paced environment, and has 3 - 5 years of experience.
This passionate individual has executed fully integrated content and email marketing campaigns in a previous role (preferably agency), and understands the importance of owned, earned, and paid media. They produce excellent content, has a firm understanding of SEO, and knows how to turn data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Marketing Director to determine priorities that maintain team profitability and revenue growth—specifically around the growth of new markets and campuses nationwide.
- Copywriting (website content, blog articles, email newsletters, whitepapers, press releases, copy editing, and social media).
- Ideate and lead execution of events in new markets, ultimately driving awareness of the brand locally.
- Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content (including offers).
- Support on campus-specific, as well as B2B lead generation initiatives; create templated campaigns for replication and efficiency.
- Ideate creative paid media campaigns (Google Ads, programmatic, social media, etc).
- Tracks website activity and reports regularly on trends in Google Analytics / Tag Manager.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships and expectations.
Experience & Requirements
- 3 - 5 years of full-time experience with proven results in content marketing, SEM/SEO, PPC advertising, lead generation, quantitative analysis, and management of third-party platforms
- A team player who is passionate about their contribution towards delivering great work
- A proven ability to deliver on strong writing and editing tasks.
- Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organization skills: ability to set goals and delivery on priorities.
- Ability to multitask effectively.
- Deep understanding of web metrics, digital analytics, and the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
- Easily learns and adapts to new technology, software, and responsibilities.
Working Conditions:
Regular office hours
Occasional evening and weekend hours as required for events
Occasional travel
In-Office/Remote - Hybrid Role (must reside within driving distance of Columbus, Ohio or Cleveland, Ohio)
