Buchanan Technologies is seeking a full-time Desktop Support Analyst to provide on-site Level I / II IT support for a client in Grand Prairie, TX. The Analyst will support 1100 users in 4 locations. Candidates must be extremely professional and customer service-focused.
Provide resolution to all desktop support requests within SLA requirements
Configure, troubleshoot and repair all desktop issues including desktop/laptop hardware and software, mobile devices, printer/scanners/copiers, audio visual equipment, hardware peripherals and other desktop related equipment
Must be knowledgeable with Windows 7 and Office 2010
Communicate directly with customers via phone, e-mail and remote diagnostics to identify, reproduce and resolve customer reported issues
Work independently to troubleshoot all support requests and follow escalation policies
Install and configure proprietary software per installation and configuration documentation
Inventory reclaimed laptops\desktops
Participate in testing, documentation and implementation of assigned projects
Participates in after hours on call rotation
Assist helpdesk with troubleshooting and procedure guidance
Establish and maintain a positive professional relationship with users and team members
