We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative with a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences to join our team in Norcross, GA.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer service calls and collaborate with the external sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Handle order entry, including quotes and pricing, and provide additional information to customers.
- Actively seek new sales opportunities and promote sales programs through outgoing calls.
- Follow up on outstanding orders and manage backorders.
- Handle warranty and RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) processes.
- Maintain customer relationships with a focus on long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Hours: Monday-Friday; 9am - 6pm
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales, preferably B2B.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Scuba or snorkeling experience is a plus.
