But they can't do it on their own, and we are looking for managers that love our environment and the fast-pace that comes with it.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all customer service and employees
- Organize shifts, deploying staff productively
- Resolve customer concerns in a professional manner, measured response and focused on a positive outcome for all involved.
- Supervise the bar, liquor and policies and procedures to ensure costs are kept in line with company standards
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Manage customer-facing and kitchen staff
- Assist staff with table service, organizing and planning the day to meet service and sales goals
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of three years full service restaurant management experience
- Minimum two years experience in a high-volume bar setting.
- Experience running a busy expo line.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
