Role Responsibilities Include:
- Route phone calls and emails
-Troubleshoot issues with incoming client calls
-Preparing and maintaining operations documents and reports
- Prepare and maintain company documents, records, and reports
- Maintain and order office supplies
- Collect, distribute, or ship mail to clients, vendors, or partners
- Helping with other duties as assigned by Campaign Manager and/or VP of Operations
