Job Summary
The Fund Management Analyst will be responsible for the financial planning, analysis, reporting and administration of assigned fund(s) – initially Endeavor Opportunity Partners II.

Responsible for analyzing fund performance by maintaining a detailed fund-level proforma in excel. Coordinate with Deal Teams to analyze new projects returns, fee calculations and individual deal carrys.
Participate in ongoing property and fund level asset strategy exercises by running analyses that inform how capital is deployed while acting as a fiduciary and advocate for investors' interests.
Maintain current knowledge of partnership agreements as related to fund management and reporting.
Prepare quarterly performance investor reports for assigned fund(s).
Coordinate investor distributions and capital calls for assigned fund(s) to ensure short-term and long-term capital needs are met for optimum cash management.
Ensure compliance with fund level debt and property level loan guarantees. Monitor Fund level loan and property level loan guarantee covenant requirements, review compliance certificates, and ensure all loan deadlines are met.
Support on-going fund-raising efforts by maintaining up to date marketing materials and responding to due diligence requests as needed.

Self-starter; proactive independent worker, who is not hesitant to ask for direction when required.
Strong attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented while also keeping the bigger picture in perspective.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (in both oral & written communication) and build positive and productive relationships.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field from a four-year college or university.
1-3 years of applicable hands-on professional experience, in a quantitative or analytic-based role.
