Obsidian Mortgage is seeking individual looking to achieve the true entrepreneurial mortgage experience. Through our branch manager program, you are going to handle the daily operation such as accounting, payroll, how to order and run warehouse report, hiring, and firing of staffed employees along with making decision that will affect the daily operation of the branch. You will handle 15 to 50 loan officers along with all the support staff and daily operations. You will have the ability to order wires, process, UW and close loans. Branch Managers requirements are strict, please read them and make sure you can meet these requirements.
· 3 to 5 years in mortgage lending experience.
· Oversee daily operations from Processing, Underwriting and Closing.
· Familiar and up to date with all TRID and compliance laws.
· 1% upfront pledge for warehouse account.
· $10k for warehouse haircut account.
· Production of $5 to $10million monthly

· Direct with Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and all major investors
· 24-hour turnaround time
