Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Assist with food preparation and bussing tables as needed
- Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Utilize OpenTable or similar software for reservations and seating arrangements
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of basic math for order taking and bill calculation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food service procedures and standards
