This position has a sign on bonus: $1,000
Associate will receive 25% of the bonus upon completing 90 days of employment. Upon completing 6 months of employment, Associate will receive the remainder of the bonus, 75%.

We have our eyes set on finding a High Volume Customer Service /Order Entry Specialist to grow within our company. Someone who is ready to grow personally, and professionally, who has synergy and is like minded to assist us in reaching the next level of service and company growth.
The Customer Service role must:
- Use your voice as the #1 way when making connections with our customers. They should hear your smile on the phone.
- Provide Amazing Customer Service through: professional communication (verbal or written) via phone, email, chat, fax, accurate order entry by internal or external channels.
- Understand each customer’s needs through attentive listening to provide the customer with the correct information promptly in a way that fosters customer satisfaction.
- Communicate with customers with a high level of empathy and sincerity by using professional phone etiquette.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email and sometimes in person.
- Enter and process customer orders daily with accuracy and detail for both B2B and B2C (order entry skills is a must with a minimal typing speed of 50 wpm).
- Respond in a timely manner to all incoming purchase orders.
- Upholding company values and respecting every customer and peer.
- Resolving issues to meet customers overall satisfaction.
- Process customer returns using NetSuite.
- Approaching problems logically and with good judgment to ensure the appropriate customer outcome.
- Follow up with customers for shipping dates, order updates, or processing transactions
- Show continuous improvement and retention of our 1500+ product catalog.
- Must be organized and able to stay on top of customers’ open orders.
- Multi-task when answering phone calls, be on chat, look up part numbers, stock check freight charges all in one setting continuously throughout the day using different screens with several open tabs (multi-tasking is eminent!)
- Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree in process is preferred
- Proven success in a customer service role and order processing environment
- Ability to work cohesively with sales teams to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Passion for people and developing repour with our customers.
- Professional communication skills.
- Enjoys a fast-paced working environment.
- Attention to detail, sort and filter through part numbers and product features.
- Solid MS Office experience
- ERP Computer System experience: NetSuite
- Able to type a minimum of 50 WPM with little to no errors
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time.
- Reliable and able to work full-time hours.
