Marketing Manager – direct hire / full time

Summary:

The Marketing Manager serves as the internal marketing driver within the Sales and Marketing Team (across all product lines). An established and experienced leader with managerial responsibilities of personnel and strategic outputs to assist Sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 6+ years of equivalent experience
  • Proven skills in creating and designing value-based messaging to target audiences
  • Ability to travel as needed and function in a changing environment
  • Expert with the Microsoft Suite of products, Design, ERP, and CRM platforms
  • Progressive and forward thinking style, comfortable with change and embracing innovation
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and comfortable with an audience
  • Strong Creative, Strategic and Critical-Thinking skillset to drive thoughts to action

Duties:

  • Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
  • Conduct market research to determine market messaging requirements for existing and future products
  • Understand and analyze market through customer & competitive research
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products within specified timelines
  • Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
  • Create and manage all marketing collateral and presentations (from concept to production)
  • Expand, develop, monitor and report on marketing platforms including website analytics/metrics and social media platforms
  • Develop and recommend appropriate mediums to promote products
  • Manage, review and report on all marketing activity, results and returns on investment
  • Maintain open communication lines and provide prompt, clear and concise answers
  • Establishes and maintains excellent inter and intra-departmental relationships at Quest
  • Coverage across all Quest product lines domestically and internationally
  • Monitor industry best and/or evidence-based practices and explore opportunities for clinical drivers
