DUTIES:
Answer & manage incoming calls and respond to client emails Greeting people to the office
File product samples
Performing accurate order entry
Research required information using available resources
Provide product and service information to clients
Manage and resolve client concerns
Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Follow up on calls where necessary
Complete call logs and reports
Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
At least 1+ years' experience in related Office roles
Capability to multitask effectively
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organization, written and communication skills
Expertise to follow written and oral instructions
