Now Hiring - Special Project Sales and Customer Experience Specialist (FT & PT)

Job Responsibilities/Activities:
Is a passionate entrepreneur and gets motivated by the success of the entire team. Believes in the

Relates to all types of internal and external customers and handles multiple customers and tasks while

maintaining composure.

Approaches and acknowledges customers in a timely manner and provides courteous customer service on the salesfloor.

Effectively introduces customers of all experience levels, to the store experience by educating them on all our services, making it easy to test drive and learn how to use our products.

Effectively presents complete and appropriate solutions for every customer through probing to understand their needs, listening for concerns and seeks to close the sale and create owners.

Ends each customer’s visit with an invitation to return.

Amazes customers with an incredible personality.

Enhances the customer experience by assisting with their journey throughout the store - Service Desk and workshop.

Good knowledge of company policy and procedures especially in the areas of POS, loss prevention, and safety, and maintains awareness in protecting company assets.

Maintains knowledge of current promotions, trends, merchandise features, store inventory, policies and


Manages the phone systems in the store and ensures calls are answered timely and routed accordingly.

Maintains all trained presentation standards of all merchandise and fills in as necessary to meet planogram expectations.

Able to be flexible with schedules.

A true team player.

Filled with honesty, integrity and character.

Performs other duties as assigned.

One year minimum of retail experience.

Amazing can-do personality and work ethic.

Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, team player, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

High School Diploma or GED.

Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Android Hardware.

Flexible schedule- MUST be able to work nights/ weekends/ holidays.

Retail Mall experience a plus.
