Position is shared between Human Resources and Credit Administration - Reports to Human Resources
This position’s responsibilities include a wide range of detailed oriented administrative functions which may include:
Provide support to HR Officer in all processes
Assist with employee issues/questions
Coordinate annual policy updates
Coordinate employee luncheons
Assist with employee filing
Maintain organization of the department
Assist in any other duties and special projects as assigned
Assist in other departments, when needed
Assist in the preparation of loan committee meetings including copying & scanning packages, preparing PowerPoint presentations, setting up computers, and cleanup.
Type loan committee minutes.
Clear credit exceptions.
Assist in monthly & quarterly board reports.
Requirements Include: An organized, detailed oriented individual possessing a high degree of analytical skills, effective verbal and written communication skills; data entry, and a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Adobe.
