**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Food Runner to join our team. The Food Runner will assist in the efficient delivery of food orders to customers in a timely manner. **Duties:** - Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers' tables promptly and accurately - Ensure all items on the order are delivered and inform the kitchen of any missing items - Collaborate with servers to ensure smooth delivery of orders - Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area - Provide excellent customer service by addressing any customer needs or inquiries **Requirements:** - Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff and servers - Basic knowledge of food handling and safety protocols - Prior experience in a food service or restaurant environment is preferred - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Customer service-oriented attitude to enhance the dining experience for guests - Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar restaurant point-of-sale systems is a plus - Culinary background or experience working in a hotel or banquet setting is advantageous Join our team as a Food Runner and be part of a dynamic environment where your contributions are valued, and customer satisfaction is paramount.
