Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is for our evening & weekend shift. The hours are Mon., Tues., and Fri. from 5pm to 10pm, with a weekend shift of Sat. and Sun. from 10am to 10pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for responding to inbound calls, handling inquiries, and providing information about our services. The is a remote position, so reliable internet is a necessity. Ideal candidate must be able to effectively communicate in English and Spanish. There are commission and bonus incentives associated with this position. The candidate must be able to attend training and occasional meetings in our San Antonio office.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Provide information about services
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Respond to inbound calls for follow-ups and sales initiatives
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs effectively
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with call center procedures and protocols
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of client services principles and practices
- Sales experience is a plus
