This is a management position that plans, organizes, oversees, coordinates, and manages the staff and operations of NCRTD’s Fleet and Facilities Division including the day-to-day transit bus fleet maintenance, repair and parts procurement, fleet and facilities safety compliance, facilities maintenance and repair, and surplus property and equipment disposal; manages the effective use of division resources to improve organizational productivity and customer service; provides complex and responsible support to the Transit Operations Director in areas of expertise; and performs related work as required.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
Any combination of training and experience that would provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the required qualifications would be:
Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in public facilities management, asset management, transportation, public administration, business administration, or a related field.
Eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience in the management or administration of a public agency fleet or facility including two (2) years in a management or supervisory capacity.

Pay: $84,420.00 - $115,562.00 per year
