Compensation and Benefits Coordinator & Administration
Responsible for the administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP) for all employees globally.
Responsible for ensuring ACA 1095-C and 1094-C processes are carried out correctly.
Monitor the 401(k) loans for plan violations and ensure participants are aware of changes in delinquent/default status.
Provide support to the Compensation Manager with the Long Term Incentive Plan (LTI), prepare award letters, load RSA grants into Fidelity, work with the transfer agent to ensure the shares are properly distributed, monitor the tax distribution files previous to vesting to ensure accurate withholding for executives and Board of Directors, and process Form4s with our Legal Department.
Provide assistance to the Legal department for the annual Proxy Statement.
First point of contact for all employee and retiree benefit related inquiries.
Manage the daily administration and delivery of the company’s health and welfare benefit programs.
Manage the annual Open Enrollment process including system and plan set-ups, as well as user acceptance testing.
Responsible for reviewing weekly files sent to and from benefit vendors for accuracy, and correcting issues as needed.
Manage all Leaves of Absence including personal leave, FMLA, Short Term and transition to Long Term Disability.
Prepare and process monthly premium payments for all employee benefit programs.
Process medical support orders.
Respond to unemployment claims, attend unemployment hearings, and maintain all data for fighting unemployment claims.
Oversee all life events in system and correct as needed.
Assist Compensation Manager with annual salary review process, creating salary spreadsheets and all communications to the US workforce.
Participate in salary and benefit surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information to determine company’s competitive position.
Responsible for new hire orientation and on boarding process, which includes background checks, I-9 verifications and pre-employment screenings.
Run weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports dependent upon the needs of the business units.
Responsible for maintaining the monthly random drug testing compliance for the offshore workforce.
