Role Summary:Role Summary:
Maximizes salesforce effectiveness by determining and solving training needs. Leads overall development and delivery of core sales curriculum for new hire and existing commercial teams. Works with Product Companies to ensure that technical training is delivered to commercial teams. Serves as the leader for Commercial portion of the BHGE ASPIRE program for M&C.

Essential Responsibilities:
In the role Senior Training Staff Manager, you will:
Achieve sales training operational objectives by contributing sales training information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining sales training system improvements; implementing change

Meet sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions

Determine training requirements by studying sales and marketing strategic plans and current sales results; conferring with sales executives; reviewing results of trainer coaching; evaluating training effectiveness

Develop job results resources by designing information systems; maintaining libraries and databases; building interactive and integrated job support systems

Develop managerial results by orienting new managers; conducting management training programs; providing learning resources; coaching individual managers

Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

Accomplish sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed

Partner with Product Company and HR teams to drive recruitment and development of early career pipeline via the BHGE Aspire Program, including rotations and BHGE training

Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university

Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales

Experience with large scale training development and delivery

Proven corporate experience in training in an industrial technical environment

Desired Characteristics:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Learning & Development from an accredited college or university

Strong Presentation Skills
Ability to work in a matrixed-organization

Program management experience
Motivating Others,

Foster Teamwork,
Certifications in training delivery or commercial sales programs, (i.e. Miller Heiman)
