Nice Loans LLC is an established, fast-growing financial institution seeking an experienced, ambitious, career-minded individual with great leadership qualities. This is an entry-level position with great potential for advancement. The customer service representative is responsible for developing strong customer relationships and meeting aggressive sales goals. Successful candidates must be professional, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle on site while working.
Daily responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Loan processing
- Daily interaction with customers in person and over the phone
- Sales and marketing
- Cash handling
- General office duties
- Daily upkeep of the store
Requirements:
- Banking, sales, consumer finance and/or customer service experience
- General office skills and 2 years industry experience preferred
- Regular and dependable attendance with a timely start
- Must possess thorough knowledge of basic math in order to handle and balance cash and financial transactions
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred)
- Must possess the ability to use discretion in controlling of confidential information
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A successful pre-employment background check is required.
