General Responsibilities:

  • Studying and retaining knowledge of products, services and promotions
  • Strive to resolve all customer concerns in a single interaction
  • Develop genuine relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction of current account, close new accounts if necessary
  • Address and resolve each issue or concern with professionalism and in a timely manor
  • Work with a team on setting and hitting internal company goals and quality standards
  • Must be able to work in a busy, fast paced, energetic environment
  • Multitasking several projects at once with ease

  • Possess exceptional communication skills
  • Holds self with a professional demeanor and has ability to calm customers down in stressful situations by going through each step in our conflict resolution script
  • Can learn and retain products, services, and promotions of our clients. These can change often, and candidates must be able to learn new promotions quickly
  • Treat each team members and customers with respect
  • Achieve daily activity and performance goals
  • Must adhere to company core values of: integrity, work ethic, positive attitude, and student mentality
  • Previous sales or customer service background encouraged

  • Can work full time 40 hrs a week

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 /hour
