Pacific Cardiovascular Associates Medical Group (PCA) is a large prestigious Orange County cardiology practice that has been providing cardiovascular care for over 32 years. We are seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to work out of our growing Costa Mesa administrative office, in our call center. A Patient Care Coordinator’s role is to schedule patient’s visits, tests and procedures; answer all patient questions; and help patients and their families make informed decisions throughout their treatment. A Patient Care Coordinator is also responsible for answering all incoming calls in a timely manner and directing the caller to the appropriate destination while providing a smooth, clear and professional communication practice. The successful candidate will have a willingness to work closely with patients, physicians, and other member of the health care team. Must be professional, detail-oriented, have exceptional phone skills and be able to handle a very fast-paced environment.
