Summary:
The Senior Salesforce Administrator (III) will provide support to the organization through the customization and configuration of the Salesforce platform and assist in the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with departmental leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy new business processes. Additionally, the Salesforce Administrator will manage the Salesforce.com database and reporting and provide training and support to users as well as provide administrative support and coordinate related projects as assigned.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create and manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles (creating and deactivating user accounts), sharing rules, security profiles, permission sets, workflows and groups.
- Working in conjunction with other areas of the technology team maintain and support user provisioning of Salesforce access.
- Maintain and customize sales cloud and service cloud applications.
- Build custom reports, dashboards and workflows, including custom fields, Lightning pages and Lightning components.
- Assist with change set administration between sandbox and production environments (using ClickDeploy).
- Analyze company business processes and apply Salesforce functionality to add efficiencies.
- Gather and document requirements for new/existing business processes and spearhead best practice solutions through collaboration.
- Design, develop and test Salesforce enhancements that align with business requirements.
- Drive process improvement and manage our Salesforce CRM including automation, reporting, data integrity, and maintenance.
- Help provide Salesforce administration setup, system configuration, documentation of best practice and data maintenance.
- Partner with operations teams to understand and implement new Salesforce capabilities that support business growth and efficiency.
- Work in partnership with our current Senior Salesforce Administrator to support our growing business and CRM needs.
- Monitor and synchronize tenfold phone integration application and users to ensure PSR call logging is functional.
- Monitor status of spanning backups in all Salesforce environments; investigate backup failures for corrective action.
- Manage operational requests and reporting including customer analysis and individual views and troubleshoot and assist internal and external users.
- Develop training materials and provide training and support to Salesforce.com end users as needed.
- Help monitor/maintain Salesforce licensing allocation through export and download monthly of access log reports and communication with business leads to make access adjustments.
- Assist with data loader imports.
- Ensure data is handled, transferred, or processed according to legal and company guidelines.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures that protect the identities of employees, tenants and clients in accordance with HIPAA and other regulatory bodies.
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls to support ISO 27001 and associated accreditation.
- Share information, knowledge, and experience with other team members, refining concepts and conclusions where appropriate.
- Communicate confidently and effectively with peers and all levels of team members within SaveOnSP and client organizations.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office.

- Works well with others both within SaveOnSP and with our customers and all levels of personnel; able to cross many departments to get answers to questions and research products.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in SOQL, SQL and Apex programming.
Educations/Experience:
- Minimum 10+ years of Salesforce experience.
- 8-10 years of experience creating Salesforce workflows, processes, rules, creating custom Salesforce objects and using tools in Salesforce for data migration
- 8-10 years of experience with Lightning platform, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Communities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Advanced Salesforce Administration Certification preferred or pass within 3-6 months of hire date.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
Work Environment: Remote with travel required for in office meetings as assigned.
