About the Job- Full-time management positions available in our retail stores along Gulf Shores, AL

Job Description- The duties of this position include: managing a staff, Opening and closing the store, Issuing tasks to subordinates, Receiving and processing shipments, handling money/deposits, be able to operate cash registers, Loss prevention, handling customer service issues, and other tasks as needed.This position reports directly to the District Manager and at times does have contact with Corporate Office employees.This is a full time position year-round.

Job requirements

  • Must have management experience (Preferably 1+ years of retail management experience)
  • Retail specialty/apparel experience from sales driven environment.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as, addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and percentage.
  • Possess good communication skills, effective interpersonal skills and show positive leadership.
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members and provide them with the tools and guidance to be successful.
  • Holds store employees accountable for following all company policies and procedures.
  • Have a comprehensive understanding of the ins-and-outs of store operations.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising practices.
  • Proven reliability and personal integrity.
  • Ability to move throughout all areas of the store; sales floor, receiving, register areas, including the outside perimeter of the store.
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
  • Must pass background check and provide references upon request.
