Job Summary:
Provides technical support and project management throughout Blue Diamonds SAP Landscape – ECC, SOLMAN, PI, SAP Cloud Platform, HCI, SDI and Data Services. This position will also be very hands on with several SAP Cloud applications and architecture. This position will be responsible for the documentation, deployment, administration, monitoring, troubleshooting and supporting of complex SAP systems, network, security and core applications in complex enterprise environments. This position will be Supporting SAP infrastructure (Basis and Security) strategies and implement SAP best practices. Responsible for the user provisioning and future implementation of an Identity Management system.

Job Description:
Designs, plans, tests, builds, configures, monitors, maintains and manages SAP systems, networks and overall system performance/tuning. Other activities will include capacity planning, coordination of disaster recovery activities, system maintenance, create and enforce of IT standards/best practices.
Perform Security configuration and administration, user provisioning, Lock/unlock users and reset user passwords, Validate User Security, Validate Security roles, Maintain Basic Local user profiles, perform security audits and troubleshoot authorization issues in SAP and non-SAP systems. Work with SAP Functional Support Teams to meet their new initiatives and requests.
Responsible for daily operational support SAP maintenance, including Printer Administration, Transport Management System, system maintenance planning, system refreshes, note implementation and troubleshooting.
Perform user provisioning for all SAP systems and enterprise applications. Responsible for streamlining current process, as well as, planning for new identity management system.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-5 years of experience working with multiple SAP systems. Experience in Microsoft operating systems, MS SQL Server environment, and network technologies. Knowledge of SAP Basis and/or Security support, monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance.
Experience supporting servers or storage is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
Position requires prolonged sitting at computer. Visual concentration for reading and writing reports and memos.
Standard office environment with low levels of noise, adequate lighting and comfortable temperatures. Occasional trips to plants and remote locations.
Various software diagnostic tools, network monitors and packet analyzers. Personal computers, servers, networking equipment, wireless equipment, bar code devices, and fax machines.
