Overview
As a part of the FifthColor’s Strategy team, the Marketing Project Manager would oversee the success of FifthColor’s clients. Overseen by the Director of Marketing and working alongside Content Strategists and Marketing Strategist & Analysts, the Project Manager would act as the main point of contact for FifthColor’s clients, working as an extension of their team to drive strategic recommendations and putting those recommendations to action with the help of the agency team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Account Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
- Develop strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and needs.
- Coordinate and lead regular client meetings to discuss project progress, deliverables, and results.
- Strategic Planning and Recommendations:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with clients’ objectives.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on market research, industry trends, and data analysis.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives support clients’ overall business goals and brand positioning.
- Project Management:
- Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, including timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital, development etc.) to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Monitor project performance, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
- Marketing Services Oversight:
- Oversee the implementation of various marketing services, including social media, SEO, content creation, email marketing, and paid advertising.
- Ensure all marketing activities are integrated and aligned with the overall strategy.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and optimize strategies as needed.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Collaborate with Marketing Strategist & Analysts and Content Strategists to prepare detailed performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations.
- Independently present reports to clients.
- Provide actionable insights to improve future marketing efforts and drive better results for clients.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Project Manager or similar role, preferably in a marketing agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across various channels.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Paymo, Monday, Asana, Trello) and marketing analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Able to balance multiple clients at once, manage time, and meet deadlines.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow alongside colleagues.
- Be independent, a team player, and like a challenge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
