Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Appointment Generator/Telemarketer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for initiating warm calls to potential clients, effectively communicating our services, and generating appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a passion for business development.
Responsibilities
- Conduct warm calling to prospective clients to introduce our services and generate interest.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Utilize software tools, including Salesforce, to track interactions and manage leads efficiently.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all communications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for improving appointment generation processes.
- Provide feedback on client interactions to help refine messaging and improve overall outreach efforts.
- Communicate fluently in English; Spanish language skills are a plus for engaging with diverse clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales or inside sales roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with warm calling techniques and customer service best practices.
- Proficient in using software tools, particularly Salesforce, for managing leads and tracking performance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- A proactive approach to business development and a desire to contribute to team success.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
