We are looking for a Financial Solutions Representative to join our Tanasbourne Branch in Beaverton. This role will be responsible for assisting members with day to day transactions; as well identifying and offering Credit Union products and services to best fit members’ needs. Having a minimum of one year of experience in a fast paced customer service environment with an emphasis on sales will help you succeed.
Here's what you can expect from the job and what you need to be successful:
Listen to members and recommend options that best fit their needs, cross-selling and making referrals when appropriate using the online tracking and CRM systems
Provide the highest quality of customer service to all members through relationship building and referrals to credit union products and services
Process routine financial business for members quickly and accurately, including deposits and withdrawals, loan payments, traveler's checks and money orders
Experience accurately managing large amounts of cash and other financial negotiable items (in person and electronically)
Minimum 1-3 years' previous experience in a fast-paced, high volume customer service and sales environment; banking or credit union industry experience strongly preferred
Minimum 2 years' previous bank or credit union experience with an emphasis in consumer lending preferred
Location: Tanasbourne Branch - Beaverton, OR 97006
Schedule: 40 Hours a week, Monday through Saturday
