Full Job Description

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSMust be eighteen years of age or older.Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required:The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2 years
Physical Requirements:Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:
Experience in Financial System conversion including Data Migration and Application Integration.
Candidate must be a pro-active self-starter with solid time management skills.
Must have the ability to handle changing priorities, multi-task outside primary areas of responsibility, establish good business relationships, work directly with management, and have demonstrated leadership ability to manage departmental projects and/or initiatives.
Expected to handle confidential company financial and operational information in a responsible manner.

Preferred Qualifications:
Undergraduate or Masters in Accounting
CPA, or international equivalent, preferred
Experience in “Big 4” Public Accounting is a plus, or experience in financial reporting with a public company
Experience with Workiva and XBRL is a plus
Proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills
Solid foundation in Accounting, with working knowledge of US GAAP and SEC requirements

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Solid foundation in Accounting
Ability to work with many people across multiple departments
SAP knowledge is a +

Financial Analysis
Written and Verbal communications skills
Computer application skills such as Excel, Access, General Ledger, etc
