Full Job Description
Assists with preparing reports and analytics on stock market performance and economic metrics
Responsible for seamless execution (planning, coordinating, testing) of conference calls for quarterly earnings and webcasts for investor events and institutional conferences
Maintain shareholder contact database; communicate with and schedule investor meetings; and continuously monitor and respond to inquiries received in the Investor Relations inbox/voicemail
Researches and analyzes vendor and competitor earnings reports
Responsible for Daily Market Update sent to Executive Team
Analyze financial community sentiment, expectations and projections
Assists with the preparation of company presentations to be used with the investor community
Research and provide institutional investor data for meetings between THD and Investor Community
Assist with updates to the Investor Relations website, including content management and opportunities for ongoing enhancements, while maintaining an ongoing relationship with the website provider
Assembles supportive data for reporting purposes and organizes it in the prescribed manner; scrutinizes validates the accuracy of the data and investigates issues and anomalies
Communicates and manages relationships with third party vendors
Major Tasks, Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities
30% - Performs economic and financial research and analyzes internal and external issues related to sales, gross margin, rate of return, working capital, investment, financial performance, and other financial metrics
30% - Conducts special financial and statistical studies as directed in coordination with other departments in the preparation of statistical studies
20% - Compiles or prepares reports, graphs and charts of developed data
20% - Gathers and correlates basic information using established and defined financial procedures

This position reports to Sr Manager Investor Relations.

Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Education Required - The knowledge, skills and ability typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Physical Job Requirements –
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Degree with major in Finance or Economics with related internship or 2-3 years experience preferredExcellent
Oral and written communication skills MS Office experience desired

Ability to distinguish the "big picture" objectives and specific details.
Ability to prepare and deliver insights and recommendations based on analyses. Understanding of the P&L and other financial statements, as well as a strong proficiency in Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and formatting for executive presentations), and PowerPoint.
