Full Job Description
Impact a growing DoD organization directly. Work as an HR generalist for the team, including engaging with clients to help them achieve their goals. Administer HR programs in areas, including position classification and policy, provide guidance and recommendations in addressing a variety of HR related issues, and leverage HR subject matter expertise to resolve those issues. Develop solutions to support client goals, improve operations, and increase process efficiency. Consult on identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to improve client performance and achieve human capital goals.
4 years of experience in a professional work environment
Experience in working with the DoD or intelligence community (IC)
Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to provide human capital advisory services on Title 10 authorities, HR administration, position classification concepts, or policy
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
BA or BS degree
Ability to present and explain findings to teammates and the leadership team
Ability to manage conflicting priorities and timelines
Possession of excellent consulting and client relationship skills
Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
Possession of excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, including analyzing problems, conducting research, or evaluating options for action
