Yubico seeks to add a qualified member of our US Customer Service & Support team. You will work closely with Yubico’s Director of Logistics as part of Yubico’s global supply chain team to supply “ready to ship” products to support all eCommerce and Enterprise customers. This role requires the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed. In this role, the ideal candidate will work with limited supervision but be responsible for supporting direct interactions with Yubico’s customers to support commercial transactions of varying types from customer PO processing, Order Acknowledgement, processing on-line purchases and other transactions including RMA requests, Credit Vouchers and other customer facing support elements. This role is a hands-on opportunity for the ideal candidate to accept the difficult challenge of helping to stabilize current procedures while assisting in efforts to lay the foundation for growth as Yubico scales it’s global supply chain operations to meet exciting levels of new business.

This role is full time and the position requires daily attendance in our Palo Alto area offices. The normal business hours for this position is 8:30am-5:30pm with occasional overtime required.

Responsibilities:
Sales Support

Process and upload customer PO’s & quotes into Yubico systems
Compare PO’s & prices with Quotes, confirm with Sales if prices don’t match and amend as appropriate
Acknowledge order and tracking numbers for specific customer transactions
Process credit card orders
Complete Vendor registration & Financial documents, as assigned
Process sample requests for individuals, Sales & Marketing Teams
Request and upload tax documents from tax-free customers
Other similar functions, as assigned

Customer Service:
Per customer’s request, cancel & refund website orders and create credit notes, if needed
Process RMA requests
Handle all returned/undelivered packages
Handle request of order changes
Assist in the management of chargebacks and suspicious credit card purchasing trends
Manage customer inquiries to resolution
Other similar functions, as assigned
Other areas of work focus

Provide assistance to shipping and receiving department, as necessary
Provide assistance to manufacturing and production teams, as necessary
Support Finance & Accounting
Other similar functions, as assigned

Skills & Experience:
Timely attendance each day and a positive “can do” attitude are required to join this exciting team
A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in a similar role with demonstrated experience in supporting high tech customers being considerable a plus
Demonstrated working knowledge of standard eCommerce platforms and/ other CRM platforms
High attention to detail
Ability to work extended hours on an as needed basis
Although a university degree is not required for this position, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written & verbal communications skills
Familiarity working in a Windows/Gmail environment or equivalent word processing and spreadsheet software.
Previous experience working with enterprise CRM & ERP systems a plus
