Position :Immediate need for a Superintendent to help with large ongoing projects. The successful candidate will have experience with large projects 30M+ and a proven track record of not only work history but project success. Candidates who are "jumpy" or have moved around and worked with several firms for 1-2 year need not apply. Experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work assignments. Candidate must have the ability to direct and have strong leadership skills in order to direct multiple projects.


Qualifications :
Four year college degree in construction management/engineering field or equivalent experience.
Large project experience with the ability to run large projects successfully.
Proven work history, long term employment and no "jumpy" candidates.
Team player with strong work ethic, & ability to work with everyone on a project
Sound economic-thinking, analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
Able to establish and maintain positive internal and external customer relations.

Compensation :
$130,000 - $175,000 (DOE & Specialty) + bonus incentive plan.
Relocation (as needed) and sign on bonus for experienced candidates.
