Our Revenue team is looking for an ambitious web enthusiast, who is looking to dive head-first into running our ecommerce sales. You will work closely with our entire demand generation team and your work will be viewed by millions of visitors. You’re data-oriented, detail-oriented, results-oriented, and growth-oriented.

You're 100% accountable for the daily transactions across our ecommerce sites for Bump Boxes and Bitsy Boxes.
You will directly manage the email marketing team and the social media marketing team. Our design team and any other resources will be at your disposal.
Before you apply, you'll do a quick review of our websites and some of our other online material. Ideally, your application will include a high level overview of what you would do in your first 30, 60 and 90 days at the company.

2+ years of experience running ecommerce sales.
2+ years of content marketing experience.

A little taste of the details:
You'll oversee the planning and execution of all content marketing efforts daily.
You'll closely watch transactions per hour - and rally the team on the fly as needed.
You'll have strong opinions on everything. You embrace the idea that faster decision making - even if it includes mistakes - is better than perfect decision making.
You'll take the lead on technology decision-making as it relates to all aspects of our content marketing.
You'll analyze and communicate key email performance metrics with all parts of the leadership team to help shape overall company strategy.
