Provides administrative processes support for tasks such as data entry, document verification, communication to providers and clients. Routine decision-making is tightly defined, with greater latitude at higher job levels, all the while focused on efficient processing of high-volume transaction-oriented assignments. Scope of work is defined by the contractual nature of the business.
Minimum Education: Preference for High School diploma or GED equivalent
Experience: Preferred 1-2 years' of relevant experience. Additional experience that is not required but would be a plus: CRM or another computer database, Data entry experience, and Customer service
Any experience in healthcare, insurance, or working with doctors
Skills required: Personal computer literacy and competency is required. Experience in Microsoft Suite is required. Professional oral and written communication skills. Team-oriented with an ability to prioritize on-going tasks. Problem-solving skill, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
Shift: Mon- Fri and works every other weekend, then off Thur and Tues hrs 11-7:30 weekends 8:30-5pm CST

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $16.53 - $21.63 hourlyand will be based on a number ofadditional factors, including skills, experience, and education.
