Pandora is looking for a Project Manager to play a critical role in driving and managing key curation and project management responsibilities. This is a cross-functional independent contributor role that will report into Partner Operations and combines aspects of project management, curation development and establishing best practices at scale.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing projects for online or mobile advertising departments, and past success in being a liaison with cross-functional players. You should be able to build proactive communications programs and possess an ability to distill issues into meaningful, actionable components. You should be technically proficient and have a solid understanding of digital advertising systems & platforms. You should have an eye for efficiency, scale, and automation, and always question how we can make things better, faster, easier. You should be able to work autonomously but thrive on collaboration. You should enjoy working in an extremely fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. Excellent relationship-building skills, communication capabilities, experience with crisis communications and project management skills are crucial. And, of course, you should love music.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the production of programmed stations; including but not limited to genre stations, mix tapes, and branded radio.
Receive and process requests from internal teams for programming updates, maintenance and information.
Support standard mix-tape programming for advertisers.
Manage the programming calendar for launches, maintenance and updates.
Attend production meetings as needed and communicate programming requirements to programming team
Identify stations that require updates and/or maintenance and by monitoring key programming metrics.
Facilitate regular qualitative evaluations of programmed stations, and report results.
Provide support, training and feedback to internal teams on how to request programming services and utilize self-serve resources.
Produce, organize, and communicate information and resources that describe our programming methods, workflow, and guidelines.
Coordinate realistic project estimates, plans and/or metrics; organize & maintain all program related documentation
Engage with and obtain buy-in on program strategy from Manager/Director level leaders of cross functional teams
Work and communicate effectively with curation, Operations, Marketing, Product Management and Engineering as needed to build consensus and meet projected deadlines
Drive, manage and communicate status on projects from conception through launch, and provide post-launch analysis
Manage proactive and reactive communications to various internal departments

Qualifications:
BS or BA degree
3+ years in a Project Management, Technical Project Management, Business Analyst, or Ad Technology role at a digital or mobile media company
Strong written/verbal communication skills with internal & external audiences; polished and professional demeanor
Ability to build relationships with Sr. Manager-level stakeholders, to lead cross-functional teams and to influence decision-making
Experience partnering with Sales, Product and/or Engineering teams on projects and owning execution of particular chunks
Capacity to manage and prioritize multiple projects concurrently; adept at keeping detailed notes, project plans, and documentation for each program component
Excellent analytical & technical skills
Proficiency with SFDC, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, SmartSheet and other productivity tools
