Job Summary
Manages the daily clinical operations of the clinics assigned. Provides for the direct and indirect patient care and oversees the clinical flow of patients of the department/departments assigned. Coordinates all clinical support for the patients, families, physician and support staff. Participates in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of departmental growth and enhancements. Provides leadership, resource abilities and advanced knowledge and skill to the department/departments assigned. Plans, develops and organizes the activities of the staff, ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of quality health care. Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Education
Associate's Degree - Nursing

Minimum Experience
2 Years - Nursing experience in the specialty area with physician office practice experience preferred.

Required Certifications/Registrations/Licenses
RN - REGISTERED NURSE - NLRN
Specific Acceptable Credentials (if applicable)
CPR Certification

Other Required Experience
PALS or NALS certification; Leadership skills; Knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice; Knowledge of Laboratory and X-ray equipment and procedures; Skill in developing and maintaining quality improvement programs; Ability to interpret, adapt and apply guidelines and procedures; Knowledge of local, state and federal regulations; Skill in identifying problems and recommending solutions; Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships; Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergency situations; Ability to communicate clearly; Knowledge of insurance and managed care procedures.
