Roadrunner Food Bank, a Feeding America member serving the entire state of New Mexico, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer. The Chief Operating Officer (COO) leads a team who are responsible for getting over 30 million pounds of food in and out of our facilities and distributed to feeding organizations throughout New Mexico. The COO provides the strategic direction needed to provide these needed services as effectively, safely, and efficiently as possible. The COO is a member of the senior leadership team.

Departmental leadership and development
Data Management & Analytics
The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree with a Master’s preferred, experience managing a large distribution center, some experience with a non-profit, and experience managing a multimillion-dollar budget.
