iQor in Plano is looking to fill our Full Time and Part Time Entry Bilingual Customer Service Positions. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their customer service skills. Employees are taking incoming calls from customers needing assistance on their cell phone under their insurance.

Requirements:
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Must be able to pass a typing test (25 words per minute with 80% accuracy)
Must be able to work evenings and weekends
3 months of customer service
HS Diploma or GED
