New BCBA for Therapeutic Day Program

Chicago ABA Therapy is looking for a newly certified Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to serve in our clinic, therapeutic day program, as well as in-home sessions.

This is a ground-floor leadership opportunity for a new BCBA who is passionate about working with children with autism and related developmental delays. We are looking for a BCBA to train and oversee a group of exceptional RBTs.You will need to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and feeding therapists to provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) assessments and clinical services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities ages 2-5.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities
  • Prior supervisory experience
  • Demonstrated ability to supervise and train others independently
  • Strong communication and writing skills
  • Minimum of a Master’s Degree and Board Certified Behavior Analyst®

We provide ABA therapy in our state-of-the-art clinic, therapeutic day program, and in clients' homes. In-home services focus on parent coaching, sibling interactions, daily living, leisure, communication and behavior support.

Position responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of amazing clients & families
  • Establish and monitor treatment plans of clients
  • Supervise & train RBTs
