The Job In a Nutshell

You’ll focus much of your time on communication with our growing pool of freelance talent, including writers, editors, content strategists and influencers. You’ll also help us grow a new pool of designers, illustrators, animators and videographers. You’ll help screen and build a community of the best freelance talent on the planet, promote their skill and talent to the customers and prospect as part of your core responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Posting fresh insights and information on all Social accounts
  • Dreaming up new ways to connect and engage with the community
  • Screening, Onboarding and supporting freelancers
  • Boosting engagement, followers and fans in the social sphere
  • Promoting the skill and expertise of new talent
  • Helping to improve the community with betterment

What We Want

  • 1 to 5 years of community management experience
  • Knowledge and expertise with content marketing
  • SaaS or PaaS work experience a big plus
  • Super strong writing skills
  • Super strong communication skills
  • Self-directed, self-motivated and proactive
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Performance driven backed by great references
